Purchasing from Lola Beans does not make you an authorized seller of our products on Amazon or any other third party marketplace platform.

We believe in starting at love. So we want you to be totally starting at love and adoring your Lola Beans. We know that shopping for things on the internet can be a little scary. But remember, we got your back! If you're not totally thrilled with your Lola Beans purchase, just let us know! We can help you with a return or exchange. START AT LOVE & LOVE THE SAVINGS

We are so grateful for your trust in us to supply you with amazing Lola Beans goodies. So, when we get your order we do our very best to get them out the door to you within 1 business day. Starting at love and getting your order ASAP means you can start sharing our love sooner! If something is backordered we usually tell you in the product description while ordering. Otherwise, plan on getting your items in about 5 days (longer for international...sorry!).

WE VALUE YOUR PRIVACY

We know the faith it takes to entrust us with your information and that fact is not lost on us! We value you and your privacy and you have our word that we never share any of your information with any affiliates nor do we or will we ever sell your information. That' just not how we roll. We view ourselves as a community of women who support one another and you have our word that we keep all your information private and we do not store your credit card or payment information.

DISCOUNTS AND COUPON CODES

Who doesn't love a good deal? We certainly do and hope to extend that to you through the coupon codes and specials we at Lola Beans run! We are more than happy to honor one coupon code per order. Have a 15% off coupon and a free shipping coupon? Pick which one is the better deal and keep the other for next time! This ensures we are able to keep true to our mission of providing living wages for our cooperatives overseas. Discounts are never eligible for use on gift cards and only eligible on subscription products when specified. Lola Beans reserves the right to cancel any order. 

PARCEL DIRECT EU

The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/ebuyer. The consignee authorizes Lola Beans to import the goods on their behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that Lola Beans may delegate the obligation to import the goods on their behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.
